About Us

She’s an art museum lady, math nerd, and bourbon enthusiast from a small farm in the heart of rural central Kentucky. He’s a meat man, creative writer, and Scotch sipper from the burbs of north Texas. A right swipe brought them together in 2014, and they’ve been in the kitchen together ever since.

He fell in love with her adorably goofy lab/pit mix Nala first. She knew he was the one for her upon seeing him eat mashed potatoes with his bare hands. Their mutual love of food has helped them grow as individuals and as partners. Together, they challenge their palates, and create both new and traditional dishes, all while embracing their Southern comfort roots and heritage.
